BCS Community Housing provides tenants with information to enable them to access support services that sustain accommodation, as well as promoting community development and tenant’s connections to the community.
BCS are approved as a Class 2 community housing provider. Its goal is to become a leader in helping develop socially cohesive communities. BCS Community Housing also insists on quality designed housing aimed at maximising and encouraging environmental sustainability and to allow flexibility and adaptability to meet a tenant’s changing needs.
